Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Designer who is passionate about sustainable and ethical fashion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing designs for our clothing line using organic fabrics and eco-conscious production methods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research fashion trends, fabrics, and sustainable materials.
2. Design collections aligned with RNGV’s eco-luxury brand identity.
3. Create sketches, tech packs, and fabric boards.
4. Collaborate with sourcing, production, and marketing teams.
5. Ensure designs align with zero-waste and ethical production goals.
6. Oversee sampling and work closely with pattern makers and tailors.
7. Stay up-to-date on sustainable innovations in textiles and design.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
2. 2–4 years of experience in fashion design (sustainable fashion preferred).
3. Strong understanding of fabric types, trims, and garment construction.
4. Creative portfolio showcasing past fashion collections or designs.
5. Passion for sustainable fashion and zero-waste principles.
6. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD software.
7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
